Where do We Ship?
- We currently ship to the UK, USA Canada and some European countriues only.
What is the cost of Shipping?
- All UK orders over £50.00 has free shipping. All orders placed under £50.00 the cost of regular UK shipping is £2.99
- We have a flat rate of Shipping for USA and Canada of £10.99* and Expedited Shipping rate of £17.99 (please note based on the value of your item, there may be import taxes or duties that may need to be paid by yourself once your item arrives in Canada)
- We have a flat rate of Shipping for Europe at £9.99
Do you Offer Expedited Shipping?
- Yes we offer UK Expedited Shipping - Expedited Shipping is £6.99 and is sent out next day. Orders must be placed by 12pm for next day Expedited Shipping,
- We offer Expedited Shipping to USA, Canada & Europe - The cost is £17.99 and is sent out next day. Orders must be placed by 12pm for shipping via Expedited Shipping - delivery times will vary according to region
How Long Does it Take to Process Orders?
- We process orders and ship within 2 working days. Monday to Friday - Orders placed up to 12pm on a Friday will be sent out on a Saturday. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent out on the next working day. Typically Monday, if it is not a bank holiday.
- Items purchased on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be sent out on the next working day after the Weekend or Bank Holiday. Unless there are special posting dates advised on our website during the Easter, Christmas and New Year Holidays. And any other dates.
What Postal Methods do you Use?
- We use Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Parcelforce 24/48, Evri and Yodel
- UK Expedited shipping costs £6.99 and will be sent either via Royal Mail tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24 or other courier based on weight like DHL, DPD or UPS. Expedited Shipping to USA, Canada and Europe costs £17.99 - and will be sent tracked and insured by Parcelforce worldwide, DHL, UPS, DPD * (NB: please note there may be additional import charges charged by customs based on the value of your order)
- All Expedited Orders must be placed before 12pm to be sent out the next working day.
- Non-expedited orders are posted either via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Parcelforce 48 or Yodel, or Evri
- We ship within 2 working days items to Canada via Parcelforce or Royal Mail Tracked Mail - via Parcelforce or other courier based on the weight of the item as Standard. For Expedited Shipping we may used Parcelforce, DHL, Fedex, UPS -
- Shipping is free for UK orders over £50.00
- Shipping is free for European orders over £150.00
- Shipping is free for USA, Canada orders over £200.00
