Our items are custom items, sent flat-packed for you to make up. If upon receiving your order, the item is not suitable for your needs.
It must be returned in an unused, un-made up state and re-sellable condition to the return address on your invoice included in your package.
All items included in the package must be returned unused, unmade-up and in a re-sellable condition.
A full refund will only be given if the item is received under the following circumstances
1. The item is returned in the condition as indicated above.
2. You have emailed us via the email on our packing slip/ invoice that you require to return the item and we will approve the return via an approved postage method. A copy of your postage receipt is sent to us via email with tracking number.
3 We strongly recommend the item is carefully packaged and returned via a tracked method.
4. You are required to return the item at your cost. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, and having met the return conditions, we will refund you the cost of the item and your return postage costs, subject to the item having been returned via our approved postage method.
4. Please note your initial postage payment when ordering the item, will not be refunded. Only the cost of the item (subject to the return conditions laid out above) and approved return postage costs - and a copy of your return postage receipt is emailed to us with the tracking number indicated.
5. If the items are approved for return and returned undamaged, unused and in re-sellable condition a full refund will be given and your return postage cost.
6. If the items have been returned used, damaged and in unsellable condition a 20% deduction will be made from the cost of the item . And 80% of the cost of your purchase will be refunded and your return postage costs will be refunded, subject to the above conditions, that your return item is posted via approved postage method and a copy of your postage receipt is emailed to us.
7. If you are returning part of your purchase, ( in the case of multiple items purchased but you are only returning one item), you will be refunded (subject to the above terms and conditions) for that one returned item only (subject to the above return conditions) and the approved return postage costs.
8. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS IN AN USEABLE AND RESELLABLE CONDITION (Subject to the above return conditions) from the date of approval. We reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee if the item is not returned to us within 7 working days from the date of approved return and is damaged or used.
